Kerala government is setting up a graphene industrial park in the state. It is developing a India Innovation Centre for Graphene (IICG) as a joint venture with Union Ministry of Electronics and IT. It has also roped in Tata Steels as industrial partner and C-MET and Digital University as implementing agencies.
The Union Ministry has also allotted ₹ 150 million as first installment grant.
